What counts as a “user”?
A registered consumer on your deployment — an employee, student or customer with a wallet or ordering account. Each plan includes a generous free-user pool; per-user pricing applies only beyond it.
Can we upgrade plans later?
Yes — upgrades are seamless. Your data, wallets, customers and configuration carry over; we provision the new hosting tier and switch you across with zero data loss.
What does white-labelling include?
Your brand name, logo, colours and app-store listings. Your customers see your app on the Play Store and App Store — EngageFlake stays completely invisible.
What does the setup fee cover?
Provisioning your environment, catalog and customer onboarding, RFID card configuration, rules setup, staff training and a hands-on launch alongside your team.
How do SMS & WhatsApp charges work?
Messaging channels are billed on actuals — you pay exactly what the telecom/BSP charges, with no markup. Push notifications are free and unlimited.
Is our data isolated?
Standard and Premium plans run on a private database; Premium adds a virtual private space. Enterprise runs fully on your premises. All plans encrypt data in transit and at rest.
