These terms govern your use of the EngageFlake website at https://www.engageflake.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms. Use of the EngageFlake platform itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement between EngageFlake and the subscribing organisation.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about the EngageFlake platform, its modules and pricing, along with articles and a means to contact us. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance; subscriptions are concluded only through a signed agreement or order form.

2. Pricing information

Prices shown on the Site are indicative, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may change without notice. Messaging charges (SMS/WhatsApp) are billed on actuals. The pricing applicable to your organisation is the pricing stated in your order form or agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content through our forms.
• Do not scrape or republish Site content at scale without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and logos are owned by EngageFlake or its licensors. EngageFlake, the EngageFlake logo, and module names are our marks. You may view and share Site content for evaluation purposes with attribution; any other use requires our written consent. Third-party marks referenced on the Site (for example Vendify or Retailify) belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and the Site available, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current. Statements about roadmap items ("coming soon") are intentions, not commitments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngageFlake will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site.
